Zerto’s Been Acquired by HPE

HPE publicly announced its intent to acquire Zerto. This is a strategic development for the storage industry – and true recognition of the importance of our cloud data management and protection technology. We would not have reached this goal without the support of you, our customers, over the years. Thank you for being a valuable member of the Zerto community. HPE truly believes in developing and using technology to advance the way people live and work. Zerto is joining HPE at an integral moment in time as this acquisition expands HPE GreenLake and accelerates HPE Storage’s transformation to a cloud-native software-defined data services business. It also positions HPE to help customers protect their data for virtualized, cloud-native, and Kubernetes application workloads, recover rapidly to a state seconds before ransomware/cyber-attacks and other disruptions, and mobilize their applications and data across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. By adding Zerto to HPE GreenLake, we will be a critical part of HPE’s recently announced Unified DataOps vision and Data Services Cloud Console.
